Breakfast: Oatmeal with a sliced banana and a packet of truvia on top. Oh, and cinnamon. Also, green tea.
Lunch: Carrots, an apple, and a pepper burger! It’s Rutabaga Fest…so it’s basically just a cheeseburger with sweet peppers in it, but it’s actually delicious. I was worried it was going to ruin my day eating-wise, but it didn’t at all.
Snack: Half of a peanut butter sandwich on multigrain bread.
Dinner: 2/3 a cup of chicken in a salad with zesty fat-free Italian, and a few tablespoons of carrots/peas/beans. And a mini sugar cookie.
Snack: A glass of chocolate milk, and a bowl of Indigo Morning by Kashi.
Workout: 30 minutes on the elliptical, 5 weight machines, and Day 3 of the 30DS! Jillian is kicking my ass…but I’m getting better each day!
