Day 57: Food and Workout
Breakfast: Green tea. Oatmeal with peanut butter and honey. I tried something new, and it wasn’t my favorite, BUT, at my sorority house in fall those are 2 things we do have, so I can work on making it good. For now I like brown sugar and cinnamon.
Lunch: Half of a peanut butter sandwich, carrots, grapes, a fruit snack, and pretzels.
Snack: A Mr. Freeze pop, a cup of popcorn.
Dinner: Dirty rice, black beans, and ground beef. A TON of watermelon. Seriously probably a quarter of a whole watermelon. Eek…but look at me. I binged on…watermelon?! And besides, it all fit in my day.
Snack: Like 4 jelly beans, and a little bit of Rice Krispies with milk. And another slice of watermelon.
Moral of the story: I fucking love watermelon.
I’ve upped my calories to about 1600 per day, and not worrying about exercise calories…one thing I like about SparkPeople instead of MFP is there’s no dumb exercise calorie eating back. You just get a range. And I love it.
Workout: I walked my dog, I spent 30 minutes doing hill intervals on the elliptical, and I started Day 1 of the 30 Day Shred. I move back to school in 31 days, so this is perfect. I need to get off my ass and just do it…I’ve wanted to!
