Day 56: Food and Workout
Breakfast: Oatmeal with brown sugar, green tea.
Lunch: Carrots, grapes, pretzels, and then a mixture of Apple Jacks/Mini-Wheats with fruit.
Snacks: I was SO HUNGRY when I got home from work. I had a half of a mini-bagel with peanut butter, and then I had a salad with Italian dressing, and then a serving of Cheese-Its. My mom doesn’t like to eat until 7:30, but I’m much more used to a 5 pm eating time, so it’s taking a lot of getting used to.
Dinner: Ravioli, a tiny bit of marinara sauce, another salad, and some broccoli. A piece of Texas toast.
Snack: Rice Krispies and milk.
Workout: 30 minutes on the elliptical, and 7 weight machines.
My new goals: NO GRAZING. No grabbing just ‘one’ cracker from the box, or just a taste of cream cheese. NONE. If I want it, portion it out, and track it.
Also, eat SLOWLY.
