Day 51: Food and Workout
Breakfast: Green tea and a bowl of oatmeal with brown sugar.
Lunch: Carrots, grapes, Apple Jacks and pretzels.
Snack: Half a serving of pretzels.
Dinner: 2 pieces of french bread, pasta and meat sauce, salad with Italian dressing.
Snacks: I’ve been binging. UGH. Pretzels, a bowl of Apple Jacks, toast and butter, Cookie Crisp, a spoonful of yogurt…maybe more. I’m pissed at myself, but I was so hungry. Nothing could fill me.
But tomorrow will be better.
Workout: 2.82 mile run. Outside, the gym wasn’t going for me tonight. HILLS. They were rough. But I did it! I did it!
