Day 48: Food and Workout
Breakfast: Grape Nuts and blueberries.
Lunch: My grandma makes Sunday lunch after church, and we’re moving/moved up 6 hours away as of today, so it was the last one for a while and I enjoyed the hell out of it. No regrets. 2 rolls, some pork roast, mashed potatoes and gravy, cottage cheese, corn, applesauce, chocolate milk.
Dinner: Ugh, my bad. 3 slices of pizza, and 2 small slices of garlic bread. Diet Coke.
Indulgences: 5 Ritz crackers, 2 freeze pops, and a bag of Nut-rition nuts.
Kind of a bad day. But. Tomorrow will be better.
Workout: Another 3.63 mile run today, and a 45 minute walk.
