Day 21: Food and Workout
Breakfast: Oatmeal with 3 teaspoons of brown sugar and a dash of milk. Green tea.
Lunch: 6 baby carrots, a portion of Ritz crackers, half a serving of pretzel sticks, a ham/cheese sandwich on whitewheat bread.
Dinner: Romaine lettuce with chicken cut-up in it, croutons, and Italian dressing.
Indulgence: Multigrain Cheerios with milk, a handful of cheese-its.
Workout: 30 minutes running at 5.8mph at 2% incline on the treadmill, then I did 2 minutes up at 6.3, then 2 up at 6.8 and the final at 7.3. I am so proud…35 minutes is done, bam! Also I did 6 weight machines.
See? Today was a great day, and if I’d given up after yesterday I would’ve missed out on this.
